ELO Counsel, the business consulting arm of ELO Network, works extensively with clients across Canada. A particular expertise is working with family businesses on succession and transition planning. ELO is skilled at working with family business navigating the process of sustaining a multigenerational platform. Some of ELO’s family business clients have thrived for more than 50 years across 4 generations. ELO is proud to be a trusted advisor to leading businesspeople.
ELO Search has been providing search related services in a reactive way for more than 10 years. ELO, because of to its massive presence in the Christian business community across Canada is regularly asked to assist clients in finding values-aligned leaders.
ELO has deployed its network to put together boards and advisory boards for clients. We are able to assemble amazing advisory board from our network. Previous advisory board members include numerous Entrepreneurs of the Year Award winners and those who have successfully exited their companies. ELO has placed senior leaders in C-suite level positions.
In order to expand its capabilities it has entered into a strategic partnership with Vanderbloemen Search Group (VSG), which significantly enhances its ability to serve its clients. VSG is based in Houston, TX, and is the leading firm of its kind in the US. It has placed people in 17 countries, and it has done extensive work in Canada for more than 10 years. VSG previous to its collaboration with ELO has done many searches across Canada.
One particular point of collaboration is that a number of ELO Counsel clients are setting up operations in the US. ELO Counsel, in conjunction with VSG, is able to place people for firms both in Canada and the US.
On a selective basis, we take on searches for nonprofit organizations and less senior positions for commercial organizations.
Another particular expertise is the ability of ELO Counsel to set up boards and advisory boards for clients. In light of the ELO Network, we have been able to assemble outstanding advisory boards, for example, which add considerable value to an organization.
